Birmingham Symphony Hall

Opened by the Queen in 1991, the Birmingham Symphony Hall is widely considered to have some of the finest acoustics in the world. Playing host to some of the best classical, jazz, rock, pop music and standup comedy, as well as community event, conferences and graduations on a regular basis, this 2262 seat auditorium plays an important role in the life of the region. In 2001 the Hall was completed with the installation of the 6000-pipe Symphony Organ.
